DISTRICT OFFICE MANAGER- Open until filled-Start ASAP

Purpose Statement
The job of the District Office Manager was established for the purpose/s of providing administrative support to the District Office while performing a wide variety of responsible clerical duties while ensuring efficient operations of support functions; documenting and communicating information and coordinating office operations, projects and site activities. Depending on the assignment, the person for this job may or may not perform all the job functions and accompanying duties.
Essential Fuctions
- General administrative support duties of the Superintendent, handling calendar, travel, phone calls, work with Administration team to build agenda for board meetings and assembling board packets, delivery of board packets monthly
- Serves as audit support during program reviews
- Serves as district office receptionist
- Oversees volunteer program for district, running background checks thru WSP WATCH program
- Transportation Secretary- acting as a communication liaison between transportation and parents, handling trip logs monthly
- Mail distribution for district office
- Management of Intouch receipting with front office, acting as accounts receivable clerk for the district office.
- Delivering local receipts to local bank daily
- Coordinating variety of special events (student of the month, superintendent coffees….)
- Strategic district communication to parents/staff via email, parent square, social media
- Maintain positive relationships with all building personnel to establish and maintain a service-oriented approach, aligning with district goals and initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements: Minimum Qualifications
- Bilingual required in both speaking/writing
- Knowledge of correct grammar and punctuation and operation of standard office equipment
- Flexibility to work unsupervised and with frequent interruptions.
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
- Ability to solve problems and apply independent interpretation of guidelines
- Knowledge of school districts, Skyward products and Microsoft/Outlook
Evaluated Annually by: Director of Finance & Human Resources
Terms of Employment: Eight (8) hours per day; 260 days per year with salary and benefits to be determined by the Board of Directors.
Salary: 31.50-34.40 per hour, depending on experience
